At Ugg Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots or slippers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing it in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
